We believe that mental health is for everyone. Just like our physical health, mental health is an inevitable construct of ourselves. And the only word that could ever come to our mind was ZEHEN because of its epidemiological roots in the Parsi-Sanskrit vernacular. Zehen is the soulful amalgamation of our mental paradigm. Mental health isnt just merely talking about mental disorders, as it exists on a continuum which is variably experienced from one being to the next, with varying volumes of distress and difficulty resulting in potentially very dissimilar social and clinical outcomes. Mental health is a basic human right.
19.73 crore Indians, that’s like one in every seven, endure diverse mental health problems.
As quoted by Maya Angelou, “And still, I rise” defines very sufficiently and precisely that the long distress of finding yourself lies beneath the proficiency of losing oneself in every bit and parts.

Mental health is an integral part of our overall health. It is the foundation for well-being and effective functioning of your psyche.
Ranging from ADHD and OCD to your seasonal sadness. Mental health is a vastly vivid state of our being.

We, at ZEHEN believe in being vulnerable to oneself and others. Vulnerability is a strength, not an insecurity. Through ZEHEN, we encourage everyone, no matter the age, gender, caste and creed, sexual orientation and race to come up and be vulnerable with themselves, as we promise to create a safe space for them where they can be their true selves.

You don’t have to suffer in silence, we promise.
